Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced QA Staff Engineer to manage and maintain the company's QMS, ensure consistent product quality in a manufacturing environment, lead internal and customer audits, analyze quality issues, and drive corrective actions to improve product and process quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead internal audits and corrective actions to ensure the quality system meets ISO/IATF requirements. Take full responsibility for customer audits, including preparation, audit support, and closing audit findings on time. Review quality data, non-conformance reports, and customer complaints to identify root causes and improve processes. Control and maintain quality documents, change records, and traceability in accordance with QMS requirements. Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to solve quality issues and improve product quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or a related field). At least 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the PCB or PCBA industry. Familiarity with industry standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and IPC-600 standards. Fluent in
English
