Support failure investigation of quality issues using appropriate QA tools. Be a QA representative to prepare project documentation and provide guidance on QA aspects. 1. Liaise with production supervisors/officer/executive on matters relating to quality to ensure that products are manufactured to requirements. 2. Assure that all quality control functions are performed effectively to meet production schedule through planning and good communication. 3. Collect quality data and produce report to management on trend analysis and resolve quality problems. 4. Perform training and appraisal to subordinates. 5. Lead and motivate subordinates to achieve the highest level of proficiency. 6. Performed validation work by writing protocol, executing the protocol, performing data analysis and writing report. 7. Be a Project Leader or QA Representative in Non-Design and Design Change Projects. 8. Carry out administrative duties and special projects related to QA activities from time to time based on superior\'s instruction. 9. Plan and coordinate compliance audit on quarterly basis. 10. Participate or lead quality improvement activities pertaining to adverse quality trend or customer complaints. 11. Support/perform process validation on systems and processes associated with the manufacture and handling of products. 12. Prepare and review process validation data generated and performed statistical analysis where appropriate. 13. Assist the Unit Manager / QA Manager in executing special project or assignment.
