Summary
Provide leadership and technical support to team of Lead QCs & QC Inspector at Dip Room/First Inspection/TSC Assembly/Finish Assembly/IC Coating. Support failure investigation of quality issues using appropriate QA tools.Be a QA representative to prepare project documentation and provide guidance on QA aspects.
1. Supervise the daily QA activities from Dip Room to IC Coating and highlight any abnormalities or quality issues encountered in production floor.
2. Conduct appraisal and training to lead QCs and QC inspectors.
3. Review & report the SPC trending of Output Parameters on routine basis
4. Collect quality data and produce report to Management on trend analysis.
5. Review & approve the quality records in Date Code file.
6. Have good planning on immersion test to support the work order issuance to Finish Assembly.
7. Be a QA Representative in Non Design and Design Change Projects.
8. Carry out administrative duties and special projects related to QA activities as instructed by direct superior.
9. Apply QA tools in failure investigation activity to solve quality issues.
