1)Assist in overseeing the quality functions including incoming raw material testing, in-process testing, process control, final product inspection and customer satisfaction. 2)Assist in trouble-shooting on quality related issues and recommends viable solutions for any quality related issues. 3)Carry out calibration of measuring equipments. 4)Liaise with customers on quality issues and investigate customers\xe2\x80\x99 complaints. 5)Carry out internal quality audit to ensure the quality system implemented is effective and meet quality objective. 6)Prepare timely QA/ QC report. 7)Ensure that all documents are filed and kept in a systematic and updated fashion. 8)Inspect incoming raw material and clarify specifications using customers or suppliers specification. 9)Initiate corrective action request to production department for products not meeting requirements. 10)Maintain MSDS for all chemicals used or stored in the laboratory/ plant. 11)Additional responsibilities as and when instructed by superior.
