To provide the testing result related to quality of the product and report to QA Manager/QA Executive if found abnormalities of the test result Monitor daily inspection the laboratory equipment and calibrate the equipment report to QA Manager/QA Executive if necessary Monitor and follow up the calibration record is update report to QA Manager/QA Executive if necessary Monitor and follow up with incoming QC the receiving of raw material update report to QA Manager/QA Executive if necessary Monitor, review and follow up the chemical testing result, update the report and to QA Manager/QA Executive if necessary Prepare and update weekly report for QA team (incoming, NCR, CPAR Supplier, Customer complaint, and chemical testing) Issue and follow up CPAR to supplier for the defect related to raw material. Update the supplier CPAR status in share folder. Summarize the NCR log monthly and review the rejection rate per defect. Monitor and follow up the cleaning of all analyzers and equipment in the laboratory. Monitoring and team up with QA/QC department for the quality objective of KPI. To ensure all information product specification and customer requirement are updated. To ensure all supplier COA, MSDS, TDS, declaration is updated. Prepare report for MSTF from supplier and get approval from management. Review QC inspector, Senior Leader, Leader performance for improvement. Follow ISO procedure, 5S practices and industrial safety. Follow-up status of hygiene in QA/QC laboratory. Any other duties assign by superior and required from email.
