ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests on tools and equipment to verify their conformity to specifications.

2. Use precise measurement instruments and specialized testing equipment to ensure accuracy and performance.

3. Follow established quality control procedures and protocols to ensure consistent and reliable production.

4. Execute testing plans and protocols to validate tool functionality and adherence to standards.

5. Identify defects, imperfections, and deviations from quality standards in tools and equipment

6. Document and report defects, test results, and quality issues for analysis and corrective actions

7. Collect data from inspections and tests and maintain accurate records

8. Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement

9. Calibrate and maintain testing equipment and tools to ensure accuracy and reliability.

10. Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure proper functioning of equipment.

11. Assist in investigating the root causes of quality issues and defects in tools and equipment.

12. Participate in problem-solving efforts to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.

13. Maintain well-organized documentation of quality procedures, testing methods, and inspection outcomes

14. Generate detailed reports on defect rates, test findings, and quality metrics.

15. Provide input for process improvement initiatives based on quality data and observations.

16. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes.

17. Work closely with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to address quality-related challenges.

18. Communicate effectively to resolve issues and enhance overall product quality.

19. Provide training and guidance to production personnel on quality control procedures and best practices

20. Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.

21. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

22. Ensure that quality control processes align with safety regulations.

JOB EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma or equivalent in electronic and electrical engineering.

2. Minimum 3 years of progressive experience as a QA Technician semiconductor Industries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
