KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES

Plan, design and execute UAT test cases for the insurance healthcare claims core system Perform QC checks and create test reports to ensure the core system meets high standards of functionality, performance and security Collaborate with project manager, business stakeholders, workstream leaders and IT teams to understand system requirements and use cases Validate the end-to-end claim processing workflows to ensure the system aligns with business objectives, regulatory requirements and standards (e.g. PDPA, RMIT, etc) Document, track and manage defects/issues found during UAT execution and work with the development team for resolutions Serve as the primary point of contact for project users during the UAT phase, providing updates and addressing concerns Collaborate with technical and functional teams to facilitate testing progress and resolve issues Prepare UAT test plans, test case documentation, concise UAT reports, highlighting test results, issues and risk analysis Assist in identifying process improvements for the UAT process and quality assurance practices

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UAT Tester or QA tester in the insurance healthcare domain Proven background in Quality Control ("QC") processes, test execution and defect management Strong knowledge of UAT processes and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and business analysis techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and defect reporting tools (e.g. JIRA, ZenTao) Familiarity with claim adjudication systems, claims workflows and medical billing Ability to communicate complex issues clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
