• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, well-planned and coordinate testing activities.
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open sources tools.
• Identify, record, well-documented test result and track bugs.
• Work closely with developer and perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet customer needs.
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.

• Degree in Software Engineering, proficient in Java programming languges
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to speak, read and write in Chinese is an added advantage
• Attention to detail by achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involved.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company\'s success
• Working knowledge of test management software
