Qa Tester & Product Management Spx Xpress
Job Description
: Work with Business Product Teams and assist to develop and execute test cases based on the business requirements Provide prompt updates on testing progress and clear escalation of potential risks to the Product Manager Provide comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results and defect management for the required sign offs Prepare training materials on new product features to orient related teams Identify and propose ways to constantly improve UAT efficiency Develop product roadmap, prioritize and manage user expectations Perform additional duties such as handling production issues, i.e raise JIRA tickets and follow up with stakeholders Requirements: Preferred with at least 1 year of experience as a software tester UAT tester or junior product owner Able to work independently or with minimal assistance Highly goal-driven and able to work well in dynamic environments Skilled at working effectively and communicating with cross functional teams across the organization Technical background with understanding of software development (not required but a plus) Able to communicate in both English and Malay, both written and verbal. Interest in Logistics & Supply Chain sector.
