Job Description

1. Overall in charge of Incoming Quality Control area. 2. To ensure that the incoming inspection of the incoming materials are properly carried out by the IQC inspectors and following to the QCIC (Quality Control Inspection Criteria) or any documented procedures and specification. 3. Assisting QA/QC Supervisor in monitoring daily duties of IQC Inspectors welfare such as OT schedule, attendance, leave, and update of job functions. 4. Ensure all the nonconformance materials are properly segregated and quarantine while obtaining the consensus disposition from the MRB team through NCMR (Nonconformance Material Report). 5. Monitor and follow-up the \xe2\x80\x9cNonconformance Issues\xe2\x80\x9d from issuance of NCMR and until the closure of the NCMR. 6. Monitor and follow-up the NCMR dispositions such RTV and replacement, UAI, or Scrap with replacement. 7. Responsible to prepare reports on any nonconformance incoming materials and report to the superior or feedback to suppliers accordingly. 8. Ensure the IQC quality records are properly recorded and maintained. 9. Ensure all IQC Inspectors perform their job functions accordingly and conform to the documented procedures. 10. Monitor and analyze the Incoming Quality data and records. 11. Assist QA/QC Engineer to make decision regarding quality issue for incoming parts.
