Quality Assurance & Control

Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for raw, in-process, and finished bird's nest products.

Food Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, MeSTI, VHM, and other relevant food safety standards. Support compliance with DVS, MOH, NPRA (for extracts/supplements if applicable), and export authority requirements. Prepare and maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and certification renewals. Ensure traceability and proper batch record documentation.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain QA/QC records including inspection reports, test results, COA, SOPs, MSDS, and quality logs. Prepare quality reports and highlight deviations or risks to management. Assist in product registration, lab testing coordination, and export documentation.

Supplier & Raw Material Control

Inspect incoming raw bird's nest materials and packaging materials. Verify supplier compliance with quality and hygiene standards. Coordinate laboratory testing for contaminants, moisture content, nitrite levels, and microbiological parameters.

Training & Hygiene Control

Conduct hygiene and food safety training for production staff. Monitor personal hygiene, sanitation, and pest control practices within the facility. Ensure proper implementation of cleaning and sanitation programs.

Continuous Improvement

Participate in internal audits and management review meetings. Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and safety. Support investigation and resolution of customer complaints and quality issues Conduct routine inspections on cleaning, drying, shaping, freeze-drying, extraction, and packaging processes. Ensure compliance with product specifications, hygiene standards, and quality benchmarks. Handle non-conforming products and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
