Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for filing, typing, recording and compiling of documents. Perform any other related duties as Management may require from time to time. To assist the QMR in the implementation of the Quality Management System. Coordinate with personnel in the relevant department for the development and revision of the details procedures. Responsible in ensuring the latest version of relevant documents and records are valuable to the user concern. Responsible to check Head of Department documents containing copies and procedure records and JD. Maintaining files of the minutes of meeting. Final MDR compilation / on progress. Receiving Dwg and distribution. Controlling material incoming inspection and data entry. NBIC document submission/control Assist QA/QC inspector Assist QA/QC Manager in implementing and monitoring quality control manual system Review final manufacturer data report To perform other tasks assigned by QA/QC Manager Perform any related duties as management may require from time to time. E.g. 5S activities, CSR Maintaining final MDR and submission to the client as per client requirement.
Job Requirements:

Min Diploma in any related field Min 2 years of working experience in the same field Good communication skills Self-motivated and disciplined Computer literate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
