-To ensure daily production\xe2\x80\x99s activities comply with policies and procedures of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point. -Ensure building, premises, facility set up and maintenance meet with HACCP requirement. -Ensure all the product labelled and quality product comply with Malaysia Food Act 1983, Food Regulations 1985, Food Labelling and Malaysian Standard and to related countries statutory & regulatory requirements & customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirement. -Ensure all raw material arrived with Certificate of Analysis and all material are purchased from the approved supplier and meet the specification. -To perform Daily verification on production form, ensure the form completely filled and signed, the weighing balance calibrated and the retention sample are collected, keep and organized. -To perform inspection on Daily Cleaning Monitoring Checklist for all the production room and warehouse and ensure the quality control on production meet standard. -Assist in customer complaint & feedback and ensure all the product meet the customer specification (Eg: packaging, product taste/sensory).
