PROJECT QUALITY MANAGER - DEVELOPMENT, MALAYSIA

As the Project Quality Manager overseeing our upcoming data centre project in Malaysia region, you will report directly to the Quality Manager - Development (based in AUS) and work closely with the regional Design and Development teams making your mark in a number of ways: \xe2\x80\xa2 You will assist in the development and improvement of the Quality Management System and Controls for projects, and drive the implementation of our Asset Delivery Framework in the Malaysia region. \xe2\x80\xa2 You will identify project lessons learned and develop continuous improvements to the effective delivery of our project

Your Day to Day \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the project teams to assess the quality risk profile of projects and set process and resources with the teams to manage project quality according to their risk profile \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and audit the projects and contractors\' systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and manage quality risks and risk mitigation for our projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Gather and analyse data to evaluate the status of the quality risk profile and use it to implement measure to reduce the risk and predict future issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide regular reporting for projects teams and the broader Development team as required \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with the Design and Development Teams to review and improve the quality of the assets in an economical and sustainable way \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the project teams make improvements to their project processes and systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and analyse the quality data to identify quality issues and predictions that can be actioned for improvement \xe2\x80\xa2 Partner with the Project Team, General Contractor and Vendors to ensure our projects are delivered successfully

Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 You have 8 years of experience in Quality Systems Management and controls in the development/construction/data centre industry \xe2\x80\xa2 You have relevant Quality Assurance training \xe2\x80\xa2 You can develop and maintain a complete Quality System and undertake audits \xe2\x80\xa2 You thrive in collaborative and proactive approach with all levels of the business \xe2\x80\xa2 You have successfully delivered projects safety, without quality issues, on time and at the set budget \xe2\x80\xa2 You are able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit and willing to roll up your sleeves \xe2\x80\xa2 You have strong communication skills, stakeholder managements skills and organizational skills
