Evaluate, implement and improve quality processes\xc2\xb7 Drive and implement quality management systems and standards\xc2\xb7 Maintain all the relevant documents related to ISO 9001 / EN206 / SCI precast accreditation scheme certifications. Responsible for internal and external auditing\xc2\xb7 Prepare Project Quality Plan (PQP) for every new project and submit to main contractor for consultant approval\xc2\xb7 Responsible for conducting trial mix and to maintain the daily test cube results\xc2\xb7 Submit monthly QAQC report (observations made in the site/precast yard) to managers, report must include manpower used for site rectification works\xc2\xb7 Conduct QAQC sharing sessions with production/delivery team once in a week to guide them to improve the quality standard\xc2\xb7 Submit closure report for every consultant/HDB inspection at precast yard/site-precast related matters\xc2\xb7 Prepare method of statements (MOS) to repair the all kind of defects in the precast panels and get PE and consultant approval before execution\xc2\xb7 Responsible for incoming and outgoing inspection of products and materials to ensure quality compliance. To arrange for routine material testing as per consultant\'s requirement\xc2\xb7 Maintain relationship and liaise with clients to follow up on quality issuesRequirements\xc2\xb7 At least 2-3 years of working experience in Precast / Construction field\xc2\xb7 Degree in civil engineering.\xc2\xb7 Self discipline, teamwork and high commitment to the job.Sub Specialization : Engineering;Others
