:
Establish, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Prepare and review QA/QC plans and inspection test plans (ITPs) to ensure all quality control procedures are properly followed.
Monitor and ensure the timely submission and organization of materials, method statements, and shop drawings.
Conduct daily on-site inspections and audits to track construction activities and ensure they meet quality standards.
Manage and coordinate the testing of materials, workmanship, and completed work to verify compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
Maintain thorough records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports (NCRs), ensuring proper documentation for quality control activities.
Identify, document, and resolve non-conformance issues, ensuring that corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.
Communicate with clients and stakeholders on quality-related matters and provide regular project updates, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
Review quality data and performance metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance overall quality standards.
Job Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Building or Construction Management, or Equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.
