Job Description

To ensure that production processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements while minimizing defects, waste, and customer complaints to uphold the company's corporate image.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance (QA): Develop and enforce quality control procedures to meet industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, SIRIM,).

2. Quality Control (QC): Inspect raw materials, monitor production, and test finished bricks for strength, durability, and defects.

3. Process Monitoring: Ensure proper kiln firing, drying, and adherence to manufacturing SOPs.

4. Compliance & Improvement: Maintain quality records, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions to reduce complaints.

5. Customer Satisfaction: Analyze defect trends, address quality issues proactively, and improve product reliability.

6. Reporting & Corporate Image: Prepare quality reports, provide feedback to management, and enhance brand reputation through consistent quality.

Requirement:

Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). Experience in QA/QC within the heavy clay industry (bricks, tiles, ceramics) is preferred. Knowledge of ISO 9001, quality standards, and inspection processes. Experience in material testing, defect analysis, and compliance checks. Familiar with kiln operations, raw material quality, and production workflows. Ability to prepare reports, conduct audits, and resolve quality issues. Skilled in Microsoft Office and quality management software. Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving mindset. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards. Willing to work in factory and site environments.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
