Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 To establish, implement, evaluate the adequacy, and identify the improvement of the quality assurance for the ISO.

\xc2\xb7 To monitor and review the risk management activities with the management.

\xc2\xb7 To be responsible for document management systems and other quality assurance activities.

\xc2\xb7 To identify training needs and organise training interventions to meet quality standards.

\xc2\xb7 To monitor calibration records and keep track of all tools and equipment used.

\xc2\xb7 To develop the audit plan from selecting an internal auditor to conducting a management review.

\xc2\xb7 To monitor all the quality objectives for all departments in achieving the yearly budget.

\xc2\xb7 To manage and control all quality control activities by identifying company standards, procedures, client specifications and contract requirements for the incoming material, work in process, outgoing goods and store finished goods till delivery.

\xc2\xb7 To complete handling NCP from customer, internal or supplier in coordination with management.

\xc2\xb7 To control all reject and quarantine items that are correctly identified.

\xc2\xb7 To manage the QC department and activities.

Authority:

\xc2\xb7 To plan internal/supplier/customer audits and management review meetings.

\xc2\xb7 To ensure organization procedures are according to ISO 9001 and recommend any newsness according to requirements.

\xc2\xb7 To issue a non-conformity report (NCR) for internal/supplier/customer upon compliance

\xc2\xb7 To review and approve the quality documents and product before delivery to the customer

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Degree in any Engineer and above

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years\' experience in QA/QC Departmemnt

\xc2\xb7 Competent in managing a small team of QC inspections

\xc2\xb7 Experience in both ISO 9001 and 45001

\xc2\xb7 Computer literally such as MS word, Excel and Powerpoint

\xc2\xb7 KPI & Reporting: - Non - conformance reporting (monthly) - Cost of poor quality
