Industry: Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction Location: KL Tenure: Permanent role Salary : Basic + Other Benefits Responsibilities: . To establish, implement, evaluate the adequacy, and identify the improvement of the quality assurance for the ISO. . To monitor and review the risk management activities with the management. . To be responsible for document management systems and other quality assurance activities. . To identify training needs and organise training interventions to meet quality standards. . To monitor calibration records and keep track of all tools and equipment used. . To develop the audit plan from selecting an internal auditor to conducting a management review. . To monitor all the quality objectives for all departments in achieving the yearly budget. . To manage and control all quality control activities by identifying company standards, procedures, client specifications and contract requirements for the incoming material, work in process, outgoing goods and store finished goods till delivery. . To complete handling NCP from customer, internal or supplier in coordination with management. . To control all reject and quarantine items that are correctly identified. . To manage the QC department and activities. Authority: . To plan internal/supplier/customer audits and management review meetings. . To ensure organization procedures are according to ISO 9001 and recommend any newsness according to requirements. . To issue a non-conformity report (NCR) for internal/supplier/customer upon compliance . To review and approve the quality documents and product before delivery to the customer Requirements: . Degree in any Engineer and above . Minimum 5 years\' experience in QA/QC Departmemnt . Competent in managing a small team of QC inspections . Experience in both ISO 9001 and 45001 . Computer literally such as MS word, Excel and Powerpoint .
