1) Product and raw material qualification inspection :- a) Ensure that all the QA Inspectors are train to perform the following inspection activities to ensure high quality products. - Incoming inspection of raw material and other purchase parts. - In-process Quality Control. - Outgoing Inspection. 2) Customer\'s Returns and Complaints. a) Support customer complaints. Coordinate and follow up on all customer issues and problems and then provide counter measures to ensure that problems are solved. b) Coordinate improvement efforts to reduce the number of customer complaints through taking of roof cause actions. 3) Authorise to stop production or delivery under abnormal situation. 4) Ensure a proper quality system is in place to meet the company\'s objectives and customer\'s expectation. 5) Carry out and maintain periodical audit programs on the quality system and process. 6) Provide accurate & timely information and data on the product quality. 7) Provide leadership and direction to QA/QC Department. 8) Conduct & coordinate Internal trainings for relevant QA/QC members / subordinate.
