Perform first-off inspection and testing, sampling inspection at defined interval frequency (In-process and printing inspection).
Utilize approval sample to determine the acceptance of printing or product appearance.
Ensure relevant SIP, first-off sample, inspection jig or tools are displayed and available at work station during production operation.
Responsible for quality reporting on potential or actual product or process abnormalities.
Report timely and accurate resolution of all problems identified through the sampling process.
Perform receiving/outgoing inspection of materials and supplies (Incoming/Outgoing Inspection).
Ensure a good housekeeping practice in the QC sample room and laboratory.
Study problems which might be found in the regular sampling for possible causes and solutions. Devise the appropriate actions necessary to identify and implement corrective action.
To perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior.
