Job Scope

Involved in all phases of the project, from start to completion, from a QA/ QC perspective. Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in accordance with contract specifications and ISO standards. Prepare and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements (MOS) for all construction activities. Monitor and control the quality performance of subcontractors and suppliers. Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, local regulations, and industry best practices. Provide training and guidance to project staff and subcontractors on quality procedures and standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as QA/QC Manager within the construction industry. (Data center, High tech, Semiconductor fields). Certification in Quality Management (e.g. IRCA, ASQ, or equivalent) is an advantage. Proven experience in preparing PQPs, ITPs, and Method Statements. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
Job Details:

Salary: Up to RM18,000 (based on experience)

Working days/hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5.30PM Working Location: Cyberjaya (for 16 months for project handling. After project back to HQ at Jalan Sultan Ismail) 16 months project (Currently tender period) Project (EU/ US data center) Current team only have 1 QA/ QC Manager, planning to expand

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

QA/QC or Quality Management role: 5 years (Preferred)
