Requirements

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in QAQC, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Experience in data center is highly preferred.
• Certified in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (or equivalent).
• Strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills.
• Familiar with CIDB regulations, DOSH and local building codes

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QAQC team including engineers, inspectors, and document controllers.
• Oversee and review all inspection and testing procedures, ITPs, and quality documentation.
• Serve as the main contact for client representatives, consultants, and authorities on all quality matters.
• Coordinate internal and third-party audits, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Review and approve method statements, material submissions, and test reports.
• Investigate major non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement preventive actions.
• Drive a strong quality culture on-site through training, mentoring, and regular meetings.
• Ensure handover documentation is complete and meets data center commissioning standards.
