• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Chemistry or its equivalent\xcd\xbe
• Minimum 5 years working experiences in the similar field, preferably in Manufacturing environment\xcd\xbe
• Skill needed: Audit experience, knowledge of ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management Systems\xcd\xbe
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skill\xcd\xbe
• Ability to work independently

Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities:

• To oversee & monitor the overall day to day smooth functioning of the Quality Assurance / Control Department and resolve problems which may occur from time to time.
• To oversee and ensure that the Quality System practiced Companywide is strictly adhered to by all personnel at all times\xcd\xbe
• To continuously improve and upgrade both the Quality Control Department as well as Quality System in terms of productivity, efficiency, quality and cost on continual basis.
• The Quality Manager ensures that product performance meet the customer specifications\xcd\xbe
• The quality manager duty is from overseeing everyday factory floor activities in order to train operators, to acting as a liaison between suppliers and customers\xcd\xbe
• The quality manager will define the methods and equipment used to measure a process\'s key quality characteristics\xcd\xbe
• To take over any other responsibilities as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
• Establish inspection protocols, defines sampling procedures & determines equipment and mechanisms to be used in the testing processes.

Specific Responsibilities:

• To be the Management Representative in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality System practised by the Company i.e. ISO 9001: 2008, GMP, Halal, FDA regulation & etc\xcd\xbe
• To carry out all duties as enumerated in the Quality System practised by the Company:
• Quality Assurance and Quality Control Management:
• Ensure the efficient functioning of the Quality Assurance / Control Department including the scheduling of work and deployment of manpower\xcd\xbe
• Ensure that the overall manufacturing environment and manufacturing process meets the standards set by the Company accordingly to prevailing regulatory specifications ISO, GMP and Halal and be well maintained\xcd\xbe
• Ensure that any input generated in house for manufacturing purpose meet the standards set by the
• Company and be maintained at all times\xcd\xbe
• Ensure that all raw material including packaging materials used for manufacturing meet the required specification set by the Company;
• Ensure that the documentation of Quality System is strictly adhered.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control Management:

• Perform all internal & external Audits on behalf of Management
• Ensure the efficient functioning of the Quality Assurance / Control Department including the scheduling of work and deployment of manpower\xcd\xbe
• Ensure that the overall manufacturing environment and manufacturing process meets the standards set by the Company accordingly to prevailing regulatory specifications ISO, GMP and Halal and be well maintained\xcd\xbe
