Requirements
Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in QAQC, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Experience in data center is highly preferred.
Certified in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (or equivalent).
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills.
Familiar with CIDB regulations, DOSH and local building codes
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the QAQC team including engineers, inspectors, and document controllers.
Oversee and review all inspection and testing procedures, ITPs, and quality documentation.
Serve as the main contact for client representatives, consultants, and authorities on all quality matters.
Coordinate internal and third-party audits, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
Review and approve method statements, material submissions, and test reports.
Investigate major non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement preventive actions.
Drive a strong quality culture on-site through training, mentoring, and regular meetings.
Ensure handover documentation is complete and meets data center commissioning standards.
