Job Description
Requirements: 1) Diploma in Halal Management / Food Science or a related field. 2) Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field. 3) Knowledge of HALAL, MeSTI, HACCP, Food Law & Regulations. 4) Certified Halal Executive by the Halal Professional Board (HPB) is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities 1) Assist in documentation for HALAL, MeSTI, and HACCP certification. 2) Conduct QAQC inspections to maintain high standards of product quality and safety following Halal requirements. 3) Assist in training and guidance to staff on Halal standards, procedures, and best practices.
