Job Description

:

To assist the Project Manager / Construction Manager to control and monitor all related quality assurance and control matters on the project. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Quality management system. To promote use of process approach, risk-based thinking and life cycle perspective in the project. To promote customer focus and improvement in the project. To comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements. To implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment. To assist Project Manager to monitor all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc. To prepare and maintain Project Quality Plan. To ensure that inspection and tests are carried out as per Inspection and Test Plans and that all quality control mechanisms are being used. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior. Accountable for the quality, safety and health performance at his workplace. Requirements:

Bachelor Degree (Preferred) in relevant discipline. Minimum 1 years (QAQC Officer/Engineer) working experience in construction environment. Computer literate and familiar with MS Office. Site based work involving liaison with client representatives and/or consultants, sub-contractors, vendors & related parties for daily site operations Possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills Related past work experiences in small to medium MBW will be added advantage Self-motivated & Pro-activeness in work are highly desired

Site Location Port Klang and Bandar Sunway : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
