They apply engineering knowledge in a vast array of projects, from the construction of infrastructure for transportation, housing projects, and luxury buildings, to the construction of natural sites. They design plans that seek to optimise materials and integrate specifications and resource allocation within the time constraints.
Vertex Central Industries Sdn Bhd (VCI) is an engineering and construction services provider specializing in infrastructure and building construction, project management, industrial building systems (IBS) and provides a new solution for road construction and maintenance. Ancillary to our core business, we also involved in property development and trading in construction and building materials. We have the ability to act as a one-stop engineering services provider, capable of providing a comprehensive and integrated range of concrete products, road engineering solution, and construction services to our customers. Our Group\xe2\x80\x99s business could be divided into 5 segments, namely Engineering and Construction Services, Concrete Products Manufacturing, Road engineering solution, Services, and Property Development. VCI was incorporated in 2005. From our initial business of undertaking building construction and infrastructure projects, we have since expanded our construction services to larger-scale building and infrastructure construction, and heavy engineering work with a current order book of more than RM250m. We are one of the key players among the IBS companies in Malaysia. In Malaysia, there was only 18 precast IBS manufacturer. We are the only IBS manufacturer for precast in Kelantan. Addition to that, we are the only Precast manufacturing with complete factory facilities in Kelantan, Malaysia.
