Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the QC team in daily inspection activities. Ensure incoming, in-process, and final product inspections are performed accurately. Monitor and enforce compliance with quality standards, procedures, and specifications. Review inspection results and identify non-conformities or defects. Investigate quality issues and assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions. Coordinate with production, engineering, and warehouse teams to resolve quality-related issues. Maintain proper documentation of inspection records, test results, and non-conformance reports. Train and guide QC inspectors to ensure consistency and accuracy. Participate in internal audits and support external audit requirements. Assist in continuous improvement projects and quality system enhancements. Ensure safe practices and proper use of testing equipment in the QC lab or on the production floor. Has the authority to stop production if there are issues with the product. To act on any other responsibilities and duties as may be directed from time to time.

Requirements:

Familiar with quality, measurement and other relevant laws and regulations. Fluent in English. Be familiar with and understand the standards of cross-border E-commerce Platforms. Familiar with ISO 9000 / IATF 16949 quality management standards and quality management process. Have a rich experience of furniture, home appliances and other products. Familiar with various methods and technology applications of product process inspection.
