Requirements
Experience in quality control or manufacturing is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
Able to follow SOPs, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and attentive to quality issues.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and data entry.
Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems.
Basic knowledge of quality control or inspection processes is an advantage
Able to follow instructions and work independently
Willing to work on the production floor and perform routine quality checks.
Responsibilities
Carry out quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products for quality compliance
Identify, record, report any defects, non-conformities, or quality issues to the supervisor promptly.
Ensure products meet company quality standards and specifications
Work closely with machine operators and team members to maintain consistent product quality.
Follow safety, hygiene, and production SOPs at all times.
Assist in handling customer complaints and product investigations
Assist in maintaining QC documentation and inspection records
Assist in audit preparation and maintain basic ISO 9001:2015 documentation
Ensure measuring equipment used to be calibrate by third party or monthly calibration using master tools.
