Job Description

Responsibilities:
QC Assistant (A)
Make pancakes to check contamination and dispersion for in-process products.
Make square plate as per sampling frequency to ensure the colour shade is consistent throughout the entire lot.
Perform a visual check on the QC sample collected and make sure the finished product qualifies for the physical appearance checks.
Inform immediate superior and respective department personnel immediately when any non-conformances are detected.
Print paper bags according to details given in printing instructions.
Update printing record.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement in QC and printing rooms.
Assist group leaders in monthly stocktaking.
Assist group leaders in sample arrangement.
Any other responsibility as may be assigned by the Superior from time to time.

QC Assistant (B)
Mold out test specimens for property testing by using an Injection Machine.
Perform all relevant property tests for the finished product within the specified period.
Perform melt flow rate and ash content tests for appropriate grades during the production process.
Inform immediate superior and respective department personnel immediately when any non-conformance test result is detected.
Update the test result data of melt flow rate and ash content with the QC section on time.
Arrange samples to send to customers through courier service.
Dispose of retention samples after the expiry date.
Any other responsibility as may be assigned by the Superior from time to time.

Requirements:
Possesses SPM or Diploma level in any field.
Preferable with 1 year of relevant work experience.
Committed and able to work as a team.
With good eyesight without a color blind.
Well organized, proactive, and with good problem-solving skills.
Willing to work on shift rotation
