Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Identifying cleaning cycle times in line, measuring chemical concentration, examining flow rates, assessing heat up temperature and sanitizing by chemical strengths.

2. Monitor CIP (clean-in-place) system to clean and sanitize equipment, tanks, and pipelines.

3. Perform and verify chemical preparation in every CIP station based on schedule.

4. Perform dosing of chemicals to ensure stock in place on daily basis. Keep records of chemical stock balance and verify records.

5. Perform backwash and change filters for water filtration system. Keep update on the related records.

6. Carry out inspection and testing for incoming water to ensure its quality.

7. Assist in equipment calibration if necessary. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements.

Minimum qualification of SPM

At least 1 or 2 years of working experience preferred

May have exposure to dust and cleaning chemicals

Ability to handle multiple tasks, troubleshoot and problem solve

To work assigned hours plus overtime as needed. Able to work on shift

Candidate must have own transport

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
