Job Description

1. Ensure that all product offerings meet Halal certification requirements.

2. Work closely with kitchen and purchasing teams to verify the Halal status of ingredients and suppliers.

3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain Halal certification.

4. Liaise with Halal certification bodies and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.

5. Stay informed about changes in Halal and hygiene regulations and ensure the operations remain in compliance.

6. Prepare for and facilitate external audits and inspections from regulatory bodies.

7. Maintain accurate records of all Halal and hygiene-related activities, including audits, inspections, and training sessions.

8. Provide regular reports to management on compliance status and areas for improvement.

9. Conduct training sessions for staff on Halal practices and hygiene standards.

10. Develop educational materials and resources to enhance staff knowledge and compliance.

11. To maintain all records and ensure closure of all processes and product non-conformities detected in non-conformance reports.

12. Ensure proper maintenance and updating of quality control requirements.

13. Handling customer complaints, investigation and proposal of corrective actions.

14. Verify the quality of the online product (checking weight, visual checking appearance).

15. Verify every semi-finished good before entering the chiller or freezer

16. Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.

17. Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards and follow SOP.

18. To undertake other related jobs as may be directed by the Superior from time to time.

Salary Range:

RM 2,500.00 ~ RM 3,200.00 / month (Negotiable based on experience)

Working Hours:

Monday To Friday (8.00 am - 6.00 pm)

Off day:

Saturday - Sunday
