Job Purpose

To perform quality testing and inspection for incoming, in-process and finished products to ensure all goods meet company and customer standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct lab tests for incoming, in-process and finished products. Perform chemical testing/dosing for boiler, softener and cooling tower water. Monitor shelf life, texture and appearance of products; prepare monthly reports. Maintain lab equipment, cleanliness and follow 6S. Inspect packaging materials and finished goods via random sampling. Monitor packing plant quality performance. Update product approval status in ERP system.

Requirements

Good communication, teamwork and planning skills.

Knowledge of GMP, food hygiene

and good housekeeping.

SPM and above; Science certificate/diploma preferred.

Experience in lab/QC is an advantage.

Not colour blind, good in Maths, able to work night shift/OT.

Tujuan Jawatan

Menjalankan ujian dan pemeriksaan kualiti bagi bahan masuk, produk dalam proses dan produk siap untuk memastikan pematuhan standard.

Tanggungjawab

Melaksanakan ujian makmal untuk bahan masuk, dalam proses dan produk siap. Menjalankan ujian/dosing kimia untuk air boiler, softener dan cooling tower. Memantau jangka hayat, tekstur & rupa produk; sediakan laporan bulanan. Menjaga peralatan makmal, kebersihan dan amalan 6S. Memeriksa bahan pembungkusan & produk siap melalui persampelan rawak. Memantau prestasi kualiti di kilang pembungkusan. Mengemas kini status kelulusan produk dalam ERP.

Keperluan

Kemahiran komunikasi, teamwork dan perancangan yang baik.

Pengetahuan GMP, kebersihan makanan

& housekeeping.

SPM ke atas

Sijil/Diploma Sains diutamakan.

Pengalaman dalam makmal/QC satu kelebihan.

Tidak buta warna, mahir Matematik, mampu kerja shift malam/OT.
