Job description
Support the QC & Merchandising Department on documents
Help to issue D/O or D/N for QC to submit to the Finance Department
Every D/O or D/N issued must keep one copy - for record and filing for QC future reference
In charge of filing and updating day-to-day filing
Prepare and submit the staff's claim to Finance
In charge of stationery for the QC & Merchandising Department and ensuring all the items are sufficient for the team
Support the QC and Merchandising Department to update or record all the information for future reference
Arrange warehouse documents for the QC & Merchandising Department
Requirements:
STM/STPM (Preferred)
Administrative: 2 years (Preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Good communication in written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage.
