Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
Devise and review specifications for products or processes.
Supervise downline and other staff, providing guidance and feedback.
Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements.
Approve the right products or reject defective items.
Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met.
Submit detailed reports to the appropriate Head of Department (HOD).
Identify opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures.
Oversee and manage the store area, including supervising support staff.
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in Japanese is a must
(JLPT N1 or JLPT N2)
.
Must have experience in incoming QC and store management.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
