Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections and testing of incoming, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications and standards. Prepare and maintain detailed quality reports, inspection records, and documentation. Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation. Collaborate with production, engineering, and supplier teams to improve quality performance and reduce defects. Support in developing and updating quality control procedures, work instructions, and checklists. Participate in internal and external quality audits. Ensure compliance with company quality management systems (ISO or equivalent). Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance product reliability and process efficiency.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.

Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Malay

(both written and spoken). Preferably with

working experience in Quality Control (QC)

or Quality Assurance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of ISO standards and quality tools (e.g., 5S, 8D, FMEA, SPC) is an added advantage.
