Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality control role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or executive position.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, testing, and inspection procedures.
• Proficient in using various measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, and gauges).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various teams.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of industry standards (ISO, etc.) and regulatory compliance.
• Relevant certifications in quality management or quality control are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection standards for the production process.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
• Analyze test results, identify quality issues, and work with the production team to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed records of all inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken.
• Review production processes and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards as well as industry regulations and certifications.
• Perform audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
• Coordinate with the R&D and production teams to identify and resolve any quality-related issues.
• Train and mentor junior QC staff on quality control processes and procedures.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings to management, highlighting any areas for improvement.
