Job Summary

This position is accountable for the overall day-to-day inspection process at JWS Operation Line. QC Inspector is responsible for ensuring that Inspection-related data is completely accurate without any bias. This position is to work closely with the Fabrication Leader, Powder Coating Leaders, and supervisors.

Job Responsibilities:

In-charge for overall inspection process at Fabrication line. Conduct incoming inspection of raw material and in-process during fabrication process. Ensure the parameters applied accordingly at every machines. Keeping and maintain inspection of the raw materials and in-process. Approve finished products by conforming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests; Returning products for re-work and conform re-work Maintains safe and health work environment by following standards & procedures Any ad-hoc task given by the superior.

Job Requirements:

At least has SPM At least 1 year experience in QC field Familiarity with quality control procedures, inspection tools, and testing equipment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot defects or issues.

Working hour:

Mon - Sat : 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
