BRIEF

As QC Inspector, the primary role is to inspect and verify the quality of inbound/outbound materials and products, ensure compliance with standards, document findings, and support corrective actions to maintain quality assurance.

Job Responsibilities:

To assist superior to handle of all QC related administrative, operative and technical duties. To understand and competently carry out duties with accordance to ISO9001 and company's Quality Policy, Quality Manual, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instruction (WI) without compromise. To effectively communicate with other departmental executives and heads regarding production quality and delivery of customer goods. To assist to prepare all QC reports, presentations and proposals as stipulated by the superiors. To track all incoming waste collection and ensure they match our standard waste acceptable criteria (WAC) before start discharging to unloading feed tank, with proper documentations and tracking records. To monitor the in-process inspection and testing and to coordinate with production department if any incorrect specification of sampling. To work with production team for verification of the quality and quantity of discharge waste with proper record. To work with production team for verification of the quality and quantity of loading finished goods with proper record. To assist to monitor and update of work progress as when required; meanwhile to ensure good maintenance, upkeep and safety of plant, machinery, and equipment; and cleanliness/ environmental protection measures of the premises. To assist in any other jobs / functions assigned by the Management / superiors as when required, in the related fields.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must have at least Diploma or Degree in chemistry or any related field. At least 1-2 years of experiences in Laboratory QA/QC or any relevant experience. Experience in Petrochemical/Refinery/Oleochemical industry is an advantage. Strong analytical and communication skills. Familiar with ISO 17025:2017 Lab Management System. Able to work in shift. Preferably male candidates (due to shift work). Able to handle lab equipment with proper and safety standards. Possess own transport.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
