Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct visual inspections and physical tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Monitor and document product quality throughout the production process, identifying deviations and non-conformances. Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions. Collaborate closely with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to address quality issues promptly. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO, FSSC) and company policies. Participate in internal audits and support external audits by regulatory bodies. Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest corrective/preventive actions. Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior, including involvement in new events, initiatives, or projects in line with the company's direction.

Job Requirements:

Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia qualification or higher; additional certification in Food Safety, Quality Control, or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in quality control or inspection within a food manufacturing environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations, such as HACCP, GMP, ISO, FSSC. Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping. Strong attention to detail and observational skills. Ability to use measurement and testing equipment accurately. Good communication skills for reporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to stand for extended periods. Comfortable working in varying temperature environments typical of food production.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
