Check the correct shape, size, and weight of the product during forming, and, make sure the product produced as per schedule.
Check soaking water temperature as per set and the acceptable appearance of the product during soaking.
Check product core temperature after cooked - CPP 1 (? 80C). Any deviation immediately reports to superior.
Check product core temperature during receiving, size and appearance of the product. Any deviation immediately reports to superior.
Ensure product per trolley's is clearly label with correct product name and batch numbering.
Check product core temperature after cooling, ensure product core temperature ? 30C only before send to transfer for packing.
Ensure internal transfer form attached on each transferring.
