Job Description

Perform

quality checks on incoming, in-process, and finished products

to ensure compliance with specifications. Prepare and review

QA/QC reports

, highlighting defects or inconsistencies. Monitor and follow up on

corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

. Assist in managing

customer complaints and quality feedback

, including NCRs and CARs. Ensure all

inspection tools and measuring equipment

are properly maintained and calibrated. Conduct

5S checks

and report on quality issues at various stages of production. Coordinate with other departments on

quality control procedures and improvements

. Assist in preparing reports for audits and

support ISO 9001:2000 documentation

.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM3,007.39 per month
