QC INSPECTOR

position in the field of plastic injection blow moulding as per below.

Job Title: QC Inspector

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a QC Inspector in a relevant industry.

2. Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, methodologies, and documentation.

3. Familiarity with quality assurance standards and regulations relevant to the industry.

4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects, inconsistencies, and deviations.

5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

6. Proficient in using measurement tools and equipment for quality inspection purposes.

7. Basic computer skills and the ability to use software applications related to quality control and documentation.

8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

9. Must be able to work shifts, including morning and night shifts, as per company requirements.

10. Preferred male candidates only.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform inspections on incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

2. Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and tests using appropriate tools and equipment.

3. Record inspection results, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare quality reports.

4. Identify and document non-conforming products and assist in the investigation of quality issues.

5. Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.

6. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions related to quality control activities.

7. Assist in the maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment.

8. Participate in internal and external audits as required.

9. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and regulations.
