Perform first-off inspection and testing, sampling inspection at defined interval frequency (in-process and printing inspection).
Utilize approval sample to determine the acceptance of printing or product appearance.
Ensure relevant SIP, first-off sample, inspection jig or tools are displayed and available at workstation during production operation.
Responsible for quality reporting on potential or actual product or process abnormalities.
Report timely and accurate resolution of all problems identified through the sampling process.
Perform receiving inspection of materials and supplies (Incoming inspection).
Perform outgoing inspection of delivery finished goods (outgoing inspection).
Ensure a good housekeeping practice in the Quality Control sample room and laboratory.
To comply with all statutory laws, OSH, QMS and in-house rules and regulations, policies, procedures and requirements.
To understand and support the OSH and QMS policies and objectives.
Study problems which might be found in the regular sampling for possible causes and solutions. Devise the appropriate actions necessary to identify and implement corrective action.
To perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
