• Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma / Degree in relevant field or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

Working experience requirement:

• Minimum 1 year experience in related fields.
• Advance computer knowledge such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.

Organization Knowledge requirement:

• Basic knowledge with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
• Basic knowledge in 5 core tools requirement.
• Basic knowledge in quality auditing process.
• Basic knowledge in problem troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge in QC tool, 5 why analysis and 8D reporting.
• Basic knowledge in Process flow and Control plan.
• Basic knowledge in 5S and Safety requirement.
• Basic knowledge in Product.

Competencies & Skills requirement:

• Able to understand the Quality document (SOP, drawing\xe2\x80\xa6etc)
• Ability to use various measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, Height gauges and others.
• To be an example on behaviour, attendance, safety, fairness etc
• Able to work in shift.
• Able to follow and execute instructions.
• Must be flexible in relation to overtime, shift-work, holiday working and call-out urgency / emergency cases.

Responsibilities

PRIMARY FUNCTION (MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES) :

• Responsible to approve on all of the inspections done (incoming, in-process and outgoing) as per Quality Control Plan.
• Approves in-process production 1st pieces part by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests (Initial, Middle, end); communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
• Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.
• Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database.
• Support to analysis the production rejection and root cause finding and feedback to immediate superior. f) Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions; calling for repairs.
• To ensure the PIS, IPQC & SOPs always available and latest revision for inspection function including the writing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists.
• Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

SECONDARY FUNCTION :

• To support prepare the PPAP, N1 data, CF data or other monthly submission to customers according to due date given. Serve as backup person for those data and document preparation when IT is required.
• Responsible to create or renew the master sample for all parts (with approval).
• To support for data collection for the MSA and SPC analysis.
• Support for investigate & attend the customer complaints and sorting or rework activity.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
