QUALIFICATION'S

Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in any relevant field.

EXPERIENCE

1-2 years of working experience in quality inspection or related field.

Preferably with technical experience in the metal stamping or press industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for inspecting incoming, in-process, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Supports documentation, reporting, and quality compliance within the QA/QC department.

DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Record and maintain inspection results accurately.

2.Perform quality checks on Incoming materials, In-process parts, Assemblies, and Finished Goods.

3.Ensure incoming materials and finished products meet established quality standards.

4.Maintain proper documentation of inspection activities and related records.

5.Issue Non-Conformance Reports, for any quality deviations.

6.Prepare and submit monthly quality reports, including the Concession Report, Monthly Inspection Report, Non-Conformance Report, and Monthly Incoming Checklist, to ensure proper monitoring and documentation of quality performance.

7.Maintain 5S practices in the work area, and ensure proper upkeep of jigs, measuring tools, and drawings.

8.Uphold high standards of discipline and workplace cleanliness.

9.Support to achieve KPI department.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
