Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, test, and verify materials, components, and final products according to specifications. Conduct in-process and final inspections for projects and installations. Record and report inspection results accurately and timely. Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective actions. Ensure all testing equipment and tools are properly calibrated and maintained. Support QA/QC documentation, including checklists, reports, and traceability records. Work closely with production, engineering, and project teams to maintain quality standards. Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Diploma/Certificate in Engineering, Quality Control, or related field. Minimum 1-2 years experience in QC/QA inspection (telecommunication, electrical, or construction industry is an advantage). Strong understanding of inspection methods, standards, and documentation. Good communication and report-writing skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team. Willing to travel or work at project sites when required.
