Perform inspection at IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC as per Drawing, Inspection Standard and / or Work Instruction.
Issue Nonconformance report (NCR) to production for nonconformance materials at IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC.
Record inspection result into Inspection Quality record for quality analysis purpose.
Feedback immediately to respective superior or leader regarding quality problem.
Apply SPC and feedback to respective superior or leader for out of control condition.
Beginner skill level to operate measurement equipment for measurement inspection.
Generate COC and outgoing inspection report for shipment.
5S metrology lab to ensure the work environment cleanliness.
Other responsibilities are subject to the arrangement of the immediate superior/management
Experience / Skill Required
Required skill(s): Computer knowledge, Microsoft Office, Document Control and housekeeping.
Knowledge in Quality Management System documentation control and process approach.
Less than 1 year of working experience or service in related field is required for this position.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skill.
Possess initiative, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
