Key Responsibilities:

Carry out

quality assessments

of incoming raw materials and finished products (Incoming QC and Outgoing QC) according to the appropriate

AQL level

. Monitor and control the

quality of Work-In-Progress (IPQC)

during the production process. Investigate and resolve

production and process quality issues

, working closely with production teams. Lead and support

continuous improvement

activities and

problem-solving

efforts. Prepare and maintain

quality control documentation

including incoming and outgoing check sheets, inspection reports, and performance records. Recommend and implement

process improvements

to meet quality control standards. Guide the production team on

quality-related issues

to enhance product quality. Ensure proper

documentation and implementation

of

ISO standards

, particularly

ISO 9001

. Assist in

internal and external audits

, such as

SIRIM

and other customer or regulatory audits.

Requirements

Minimum SPM or Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply. At least 1 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control. Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
